We assume the responsibility to develop, implement and maintain, at all levels of the organization, a Quality Management System (QMS) that promotes continuous improvement in the search for the excellence of the services we provide and the satisfaction of our customers and employees, to ensure patient safety. IT policy
- At PHV LATAM, all necessary measures will be implemented to comply with applicable regulations in general security and IT security matters, concerning IT policy, the security of the office, and the behavior of employees and third parties associated with PHV LATAM in the use of IT systems. The necessary measures to ensure information security through the application of standards, procedures, and controls must guarantee the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information, which are essential to:
- Comply with current legislation on information systems.
- Ensure the confidentiality of the data managed by PHV LATAM.
- Ensure the availability of information systems, both in the services offered to clients and in internal management.
- Ensure the ability to respond to emergency situations by restoring the operation of critical services as quickly as possible.
- Prevent improper alterations to information.
- Promote awareness and training in information security.
- Establish objectives and goals focused on evaluating performance in information security matters, as well as on continuous improvement in our activities, regulated within the Management System that develops this policy.
- To meet these principles, the Management of PHV LATAM commits to provide the resources for the ongoing identification and evaluation of risks to information and the systems that handle it, controlling and reducing those risks when possible, and maintaining constant monitoring in other cases. This risk management is carried out through the development and implementation of security controls, policies, and procedures to apply the selected security measures.
